SC China Equity Fund
The Fund aims to invest directly, in accordance with the Shariah Investment Guidelines and the Investment Restrictions, in equity or equity related assets of companies (i) whose operations are focused mainly in, or which derive a significant amount of revenue from China, Hong Kong or Macau and (ii) which are listed in China, Hong Kong or the United States of America. The investment objective of the Fund is to seek capital appreciation and aims to outperform the Dow Jones Islamic China Low Cap Total Return Index in USD (Bloomberg ticker code: DJIMCYUT) over a full market cycle.
SC Global Small Cap Equities Fund
The Fund aims to invest directly, in accordance with the Shariah Investment Guidelines and the Investment Restrictions, at least 80% of the Fund’s total net assets in global small-capitalization equity securities, which are defined as equity securities with a market capitalization that is less than the weighted-average market capitalization of securities in the Benchmark. The investment objective of the Fund is to outperform the Dow Jones Islamic Market Global Small Cap Total Return Index in USD (Bloomberg ticker code: DJISMLT) (the “Benchmark”) over the long term
SC Global Real Estate Equities Passive Fund
The Fund aims to invest directly, in accordance with the Shariah Investment Guidelines and the Investment Restrictions, in all or substantially all of the underlying securities of the Dow Jones Islamic Market Global Real Estate (2015) 5/10/ 40 Capped Net Total Return Index (Bloomberg ticker code: DJIGRUUN) (the “Benchmark”). In doing so, the Fund will endeavor to replicate the weightings in the Benchmark and will comply with the Shariah Investment Guidelines.
SC LO Global ESG Equities Fund
The Fund aims to invest directly, in accordance with the Shariah Investment Guidelines and the Investment Restrictions, in equities of companies within the Dow Jones Islamic Market World Developed Index domiciled in, economically tied to, or listed on stock exchanges of, global markets.
SC Global Listed Infrastructure Equity Fund
The Fund aims to invest directly in all or substantially all of the underlying equity securities of the FTSE Custom Global Core Infrastructure 50/50 Islamic Total Return Index. In doing so, the Fund will comply with the Shariah Investment Guidelines.
SC Global Low Volatility Equity Fund
The Fund aims to invest directly or indirectly, in accordance with the Shariah Investment Guidelines and the Investment Limitations, in equities of companies within the Dow Jones Islamic Market Index domiciled in, economically tied to, or listed on stock exchanges of global markets.
Sc us equities passive fund
The Fund aims to invest directly in all or substantially all of the underlying equity securities of the Dow Jones Islamic Market US Total Return Index (Bloomberg ticker code: IMUST) (the “Benchmark”). In doing so, the Fund will endeavour to replicate the weightings in the Benchmark and will comply with the Shariah Investment Guidelines.
Sc global real estate equities fund
The Fund aims to invest directly, in accordance with the Shariah Investment Guidelines, in equities of companies listed on stock exchanges, equity related securities of selected real estate investment trusts (REITs), real estate operating companies (REOCs) and other entities whose primary business is to own, operate, develop and manage real estate assets, with no restriction on where such real property assets may be located.
Sc global sukuk fund
The investment objective of the Fund is to outperform the Dow Jones Sukuk (TR) (ex-Reinvestment) Index (Bloomberg ticker code: DJSUKTXR) (the “Benchmark”). The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by mainly investing in a diversified portfolio of USD denominated Sukuk bonds. The Fund invests in accordance with the Shariah Investment Guidelines.

A fundamentally driven investment management firm, its philosophy is based on a value-driven, absolute return approach, with both top-down and bottom-up elements included that looks at companies with stable and growing cash flows in equities of companies domiciled in, having economic exposure to, or listed on stock exchanges of Asia Pacific markets.
Sc Europe Equities Fund
The Fund aims to invest directly, in accordance with the Shariah Investment Guidelines, in equities of companies domiciled in, economically tied to, or listed on stock exchanges of Europe.
The Fund may invest in companies internal or external to the Benchmark.
SC Balanced Fund
The investment objective of the Fund is to outperform the total return of a composite benchmark that is rebalanced monthly and is comprised of (i) 50% Dow Jones Islamic Market World Total Return Index (Bloomberg Ticker: DJIMT Index), (ii) 25% Barclays 3M USD LIBOR Cash Index (Bloomberg Ticker: BXIIU3MC Index) and (iii) 25% Dow Jones Sukuk (PI) (Bloomberg Ticker: DJSUKUK Index). There is however no guarantee that the target return can be achieved.
Sc durable demand equities fund
The Fund aims to invest directly in underlying securities of the S&P Healthcare and Consumer Staples Shariah Index (Bloomberg ticker code SPHCSHUN) using the methodology defined by Research Affiliates LLC that relies on the creation and the weighting of securities indices based on accounting measures of company size, including but not limited to total income, book equity value, total sales and gross dividends while specifically excluding market capitalization and price weighting. The Fund will comply with the Shariah Investment Guidelines. The Fund may also invest in cash or cash equivalent investments that comply with the Shariah Investment Guidelines.

The investment objective of the Fund is to create long term appreciation of capital by outperforming the Dow Jones Islamic Market
World Markets Total Return Index (the “Benchmark”).
Sc treasury fund
The Fund aims to achieve capital appreciation consistent with maintaining liquidity and preserving capital through investing regionally (mainly in the GCC) in low-risk investment instruments that would provide capital protection in a manner which is compliant with Shariah rules and is socially responsible
Sc asia pacific equities passive fund
The Fund aims to invest directly in all or substantially all of the underlying equity securities of the Dow Jones Islamic Market Asia Pacific Developed Top Cap Index NTR (Bloomberg ticker code: DJIAPDN) (the “Benchmark”). In doing so, the Fund will endeavor to replicate the weightings in the Benchmark and will comply with the Shariah Investment Guidelines.

The Fund aims to invest directly in all or substantially all of the underlying equity securities of the DJIM Emerging Markets ex-Frontier & India TopCap Index (Bloomberg ticker code: DJMXITUN) (the “Benchmark”). In doing so, the Fund will endeavour to replicate the weightings in the Benchmark and will comply with the Shariah Investment Guidelines.
